SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

As a marketing company, Groove Commerce demonstrates its service of business development by example, and its adaptability and collaborative approach are expressed in the design of its office in East Baltimore. Within the Fallsway Spring building, contemporary elements, with qualities of flexibility and suitability, complement the respectable historic structure, and their composition is a clear and functional concept of maximizing the usuable area. An open plan for workspaces, mezzanine open to it below, and a series of meeting spaces take their place in three parts within the rectilinear shell, and a reception area that allows a client or visitor to be comfortable and see the work being done. Radiant heating is embedded within the polished concrete slab, while natural reclaimed materials are used throughout. At least seventy-five percent of prospective clients are choosing Groove Commerce if they visit its location, recognizing the attention given to the design of Groove’s workplace is the same attention they need for their business.
