SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

This magnificent classical shingle-style home provides two well-balanced traditional elevations with a connecting center hall, book-ended with matching custom mahogany doors with divided oval windows. On the waterfront side of the home, a deep-heated bluestone porch accented with a copper roof offers seating and dining areas. The first floor of this home provides views to the Chesapeake Bay from an entertaining area that combines the living room, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, and butler’s pantry. Flanking this space, on the opposite side of the grand central hall, is a warm wood paneled office with custom built-ins and a soaring sky lit staircase providing separate private access to the second floor and a guest suite. The finished lower level offers a second guest suite, exercise studio, media room, and a stunning wine cellar. Gambrel roofs, swooping capped oval windows, and a curved dormer deliver true custom touches to this waterfront home.
