SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
This 1957 colonial house quietly sits at the bottom of a cul-de-sac in its Chevy Chase neighborhood. From the street, it still looks like the modestly sized 4000 s.f. home. But actually, the project doubled the interior square footage, added a 3 car garage with nanny suite above, and added a new covered porch in the front and screened porch in the back. Inside and out, this project captures the spectacular views on this lot which overlooks part of the Rock Creek Park. Transitions from the new spaces to the renovated existing house are seamless and the new plan is bright, spacious, and completely modern.
