McCormick's new global headquarters brings together nearly 1,000 employees from four separate locations at a seven-story vertical campus. A seven-story atrium and skylight brings natural light into the facility and creates a first-floor gathering space for staff and visitors. On one side of the atrium, micro-communities positioned at the same location on each floor create a “vertical main street” overlooking the lobby. On the open, light-filled typical floors, these micro-communities feature pantries, boardrooms, think tanks, and conference rooms with extensive technology integration.
