SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
Sited just one block from Baltimore’s Inner Harbor in the Otterbein Neighborhood, Banner Hill offers its residents close proximity to a variety of transportation options including the Camden Marc Rail Station. The building’s design prioritized integration into the fine scaled urban fabric of the neighborhood, as well as a complementary co-existence with the adjacent Christ Lutheran Church and its senior living facility. The site plan allowed for the preservation and enhancement of the existing Christ Church Plaza as well as the inclusion of two linked amenity-lined courtyards within the building’s footprint. The building is divided into two distinct architectural identities in order to optimize the proportions between block size, height, and urban increment. The new residences feature Nest thermostats, kitchens with islands, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, custom stand-up showers, walk-in closets and private balconies. Building amenities include below grade parking, a media lounge, fitness center with sports simulator, resort-style infinity pool, and bocce court, and landscaped courtyards.
