PROJECT SUMMARY
Rosemont was the renovation of 106 townhomes shaped by the owner and residents’ desire for accessibility, a vibrant new aesthetic, and updated amenities. The exterior was completely refreshed with a white brick coating, giving the community a fresh identity, and distinctive pops of color, enhancing each home while maintaining overall unity. Six UFAS-compliant units were cleverly created by combining adjacent townhomes. The long-vacant recreation center was remodeled with a new elevator, multi-purpose sport court, laundry room, ADA-compliant restrooms, and leasing offices. A new playground, designed with community input, completes the revitalized space. This project exemplifies how thoughtful design, community engagement, and resourceful solutions can breathe new life into a neighborhood.
